TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Most (if not, all) items are made to order. Therefore, please allow slight variations between the ones pictured and what you receive in the mail. However, please be assured that I will put my very best effort into making your order as close to the item pictured as possible.
2. Items/materials are sold on a "first pay, first get" basis. No reservations will be made.
3. Items sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable.
4. Bracelet lengths will be adjusted to fit the buyer's wrist measurements and buyer will be notified beforehand.
5. Prices listed are NOT inclusive of postage charges.
6. I accept payment via Maybank, CIMB and RHB Banks.
7. I will make sure items are securely wrapped before shipping, and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during the process of delivery.

SHIPPING
Because my local post office charges the same rates for Pos Daftar and Poslaju (I have no idea why), the only delivery option I will offer is Poslaju as it is faster and more secure.
